What is iSuite AI?

Does it replace my sales team?
No. It handles the first reply, the qualifying questions and the follow-ups. Your team stays responsible for selling, and can take over any conversation at any time.
Can it reply in Tamil or Tanglish?
Yes. It replies in the language your customer writes in: Tamil, Tanglish, English, Hindi and more. It also understands voice notes and photos.
Will the AI say something wrong to my customers?
It answers from the details you give it — your products, prices and FAQs — and works inside your rules. When it isn’t sure, it asks you on WhatsApp or hands the chat to your team. You can read every conversation, reply yourself at any time, and switch the AI off for any chat.
Can it book appointments and site visits?
Yes, in iSuite AI’s own calendars, with buffers between bookings and reminders to the customer.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. iSuite AI uses Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform, not an unofficial tool that can get your number blocked. We help you connect your number.
Meta’s approval is not guaranteed: Meta decides it and its timing, usually 1–2 weeks. WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta, at Meta’s rates, separately from iSuite AI.
Which AI does it use, and who pays for it?
The AI runs on your company’s own key from OpenAI, Anthropic or Sarvam, so AI usage is billed by that provider, directly to you. We help you set it up and choose a model that suits your volume.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, for Android. The iSuite AI app has the whole CRM, notifications for new enquiries, and calling from your own SIM with recordings saved to the customer. On an iPhone, use iSuite AI in the browser.
Where is my data stored?
In India: on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, with backups in Hyderabad. Your customers and conversations belong to your company. We don’t sell data and we don’t show ads. Read the privacy policy.
Can it collect monthly payments from my customers?
Yes, for memberships and other packages that renew. Put a customer on a monthly, quarterly or yearly package, and iSuite AI sends WhatsApp reminders before each renewal. Send the Razorpay payment link from their page in one tap; once they pay, the membership renews by itself and the next reminders are set.

Is there a free trial?
